Use this form to change/update your contact details (address, phone number and email address), if you own or have responsibility for a Grave or Garden of Remembrance plot.
Your contact details will only be used to contact you in regards to your Cemetery plot.

Please note that if you change your name and own the exclusive rights in a Full Grave plot in the Cemetery/are named on the Deed of Grant, you should use this form to let us know of your change of name.
